EpiscoBuilders was founded in 2007 to address the lack of affordable housing in the Western suburbs. EpiscoBuilders has partnered with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity™ and participated in builds in the Western suburbs. EpiscoBuilders became a program of ECS in 2010 thus extending its potential reach in all directions.

Ready for Success (RFS) provides low-income women with new or gently-used professional clothing, accessories, and personal care items suitable for job interviews and the workplace.

The Ready for Success Men’s Program provides low-income men with new or gently-used professional clothing, accessories, and personal care items suitable for job interviews and the workplace.

The ECS Supportive Housing Program matches participant families with a professional Case Manager from an ECS Family Resource Center serving the family’s community. Together, they work in partnership – long-term (18 – 24 months) to meet the family’s individualized goals around housing, employment and family life security and healthy function.
