Family Resource Centers

ECS Family Resource Centers (FRCs) provide comprehensive, individualized services to adults and families interested in achieving self-sufficient and enhancing personal and family strengths.

Referrals and Assessment

Individuals and families may be referred for services by partner agencies, faith communities, county social service departments, past or present program participants or may “self” refer.

Case Managers offer a holistic assessment of the entire family’s needs as part of the intake process. Together, the family and Case Manager establish goals and outcomes to meet their specific needs.
